Cheers my friend, I'm glad you like my stuff, I'd love to play this shit live in front of a bunch of crazy bastards!
The best song I've heard in a while!
I have NO IDEA why, but that was the best fucking music I have listened to for quite a while!
See, I'm drawn to funny music. That's why I listen to System of a Down. But other, more serious music, like Mudvayne, Metallica, Megadeth Machine Head..........and.........
SSSLLLAAAAAAYYYYEEEERRRR!!!!!
Thanks mate, the Slayer riff is fucking awesome, and don't forget to stick your dick in things...
Short Riff is COOL!
Cool riff dood!!
You need to make a full song from that!
That would be FUCKIN' AWSOME!!
Thanks... I will!
Coming in the near future!
Cool song dude!
Very evil!
Can I ask you something though?
How did you get a song that long to fit in a size under 4000 kb? Did you compress it to mp3? If you did, what else did you do?
The songs I've uploaded to Newgrounds (will come in a few days) are like 2minutes46seconds and it's just under 4 mb in size.
Thanks.
First of all, I export the song as a WAV file from Cubase. As a WAV the songs I make come up to about 30 or more megabytes! So I use Wave@Mp3 to convert the WAV into an Mp3, which leaves the file sounding a little less in quality, and a lot less in memory.
Cheers for the review
Brilliant stuff dood!!
That was some of the catchiest riffs I've ever heard. You must do some more cover-transform songs. How 'bout a 6/8 Indiana Jones metalized?
AWWWSOOMME!!!
DOOD you are the next Yngwie Malmsteen!!
I loved this song!! The backing clean riff, the lead, and the string sliding (low-volume but high pitched screeching when you ran your fingers down the strings). This could have possibly be the most melodic music I have ever heard!
Nice song
Wow, this is atmospheric.
I think I can hear a nasty loud scratch somewhere, but fortunately this doesn't ruin the song.
Improvements:
1.Use a different drum kit from your drum machine if you use one (I found it hard to hear the snare drum on it)
But that's about it. Personally I think you should keep it as an instrumental (no vox).
Thanks for the review.
There's lots of little noises from the distortion plug-in that I was using that aren't intentional but that's rock n' roll for you.
That was relaxing
This is the perfect song to cool down with.
I also like the way it was produced quietly.
Was it done in electric clean guitar or accoustic?
I'm glad you liked this submission. I recorded this with an electric and hooked it up to my Zoom Multi-fx pedal. I set the pedal to acoustic to simulate the delay settings of an actual acoustic guitar. In my opinion, playing clean electric sounds like crap without adding some effects to smooth it out. Thanks for the review bro!
You're probably expecting something funny.
