I just love the way the xylophone goes with the 'James Bond' strings key line (I love those chords in that order!). As with what General_Leo said, it constantly reminds me of Goldeneye, which was a fucking good game.

I disagree with DarKsidE_555 (no offence dood) I love that lead part, the chaos is what makes it sound cooler! Also it reminds me of the 'guitar' sound from Xtreme G2.
